Pleasant Valley​

Pleasant Valley residents are required to pay an annual assessment for the upkeep of the facilities.  Assessments are due March 31st of each year. If assessments are not paid the association charges a 20% late fee and proceeds with legal action.  All accounts not paid 30 days after collection notices are mailed will have liens placed on the account at an additional cost of $240.  Foreclosure proceedings will cost the homeowner at a minimum $750 if filed.
